Make sure the card is well-lit and flat in frame, without glare across the art or text. If it still won't identify, use "Report" on the scan result so it can be looked into.
Pricing is pulled from the live market and can shift between syncs. If a price looks stuck or clearly incorrect, email us with the card name and printing.
Check your connection and pull down to refresh on the Collection tab. If it's still out of date after that, email us and we'll take a look.
Email a short description and, if you can, a screenshot — that's usually enough for us to track it down.
